Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Remish. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and designers to create detailed drawings and plans for construction projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits, producing technical drawings and specifications, and collaborating with other professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of design proposals
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs are accurate and feasible
- Research building materials and construction techniques to provide cost-effective solutions
- Prepare planning applications and building regulations submissions
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project details
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant regulations and health and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and health and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates. This role may be suitable for men who have the required skills and experience.
