Finisher Technician


We are a leading furniture manufacturing company based in Washington, seeking a skilled Finisher Technician to join our team. As a Finisher Technician, you will be responsible for applying finishes to our furniture pieces to achieve a high-quality and professional appearance. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and sand surfaces of furniture pieces before applying finishes
- Select and mix suitable stains, paints, or varnishes for each project
- Apply finishes using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, or wiping
- Ensure uniformity and smoothness of finish by inspecting and correcting any imperfections
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of wood and appropriate finishes for each type
- Proficient in using finishing tools such as sanders, brushes, and sprayers
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes consistently
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Indian nationals preferred)
- Full-time availability with flexibility for overtime when needed
