A busy restaurant in Nairobi is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. This is a temporary position, suitable for individuals looking for a short-term job opportunity. Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware and cooking equipment using dishwashing equipment
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Sort and stack clean dishes for efficient storage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Assist with food prep as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic understanding of sanitation principles
- Good communication skills in English
- Egyptian nationality preferred but not required
