Computer Systems Analyst - IT Support Specialist

Our IT company is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Moscow. We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of computer systems and excellent problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support and be able to provide technical assistance to our clients.

Salary: 1100$ per month

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use various computer systems.
- Develop solutions to improve the efficiency and performance of computer systems.
- Conduct research on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth functioning of computer systems.
- Monitor system performance and identify any potential issues or improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, hardware, networks, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
