Architecture Manager - Utena, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Utena, Pakistan. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Oversee the design process, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plan
- Review project budgets and make recommendations for cost-saving measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team-oriented mindset

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
