Architecture Project Manager

Our architecture firm is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Project Manager to join our team in Utena. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, project management, and leadership, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architecture projects from conception to completion
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project teams and delegate tasks effectively
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Review and approve project drawings and documents
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on project management
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements:
- Professional certification (e.g. AIA)
- Experience working on commercial or large-scale projects
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

However, preference will be given to Nepali or Kenyan candidates who are already residing in Utena or have their own visa for working in Lithuania.
