Personal Trainer

A fitness center in Bungoma is seeking a highly motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our team. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized training programs for clients based on their specific goals and needs
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for various exercises and equipment
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment for clients

Requirements:
- Certification in Personal Training or related field
- Previous experience working as a Personal Trainer preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create effective workout plans for individuals with varying fitness levels and goals
- Knowledge of nutrition, exercise science, and injury prevention
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
