Personal Trainer for Wellness Center in Bungoma, Kenya


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our wellness center in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and needs. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the fitness industry and a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals and fitness level
- Design customized workout plans and provide ongoing support to clients to help them reach their goals
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by building relationships with clients and creating a positive atmosphere at the gym

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or in a similar role
- Relevant certification or degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, or related field
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their fitness goals
- Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
