Office Assistant - Sheduva, India
We have an immediate opening for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sheduva, India. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize and schedule appointments for our staff
- Prepare and file important documents and reports
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. We are looking for a reliable candidate who is available to start immediately.
