Office Assistant
We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sheduva. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Order office supplies and keep track of inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing shipments
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Experience working in an office environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
