Online Consultant (Indian Nationality)



We are currently seeking an Indian national to join our team as an Online Consultant in Al Hufuf. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, or phone
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products or services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards handling difficult situations
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using various online platforms for communication and research purposes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
