Entry Level Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach them
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Promote and sell our products and services through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns from clients
- Keep track of sales data and prepare reports on performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales (experience in a similar role is preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving goals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
