Job Title: Contract Commercial Architect in Porto

Our architectural firm in Porto is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and design preferences for commercial projects
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research and select appropriate materials and finishes for each project
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are executed accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in building technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
