IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Remish, Nepal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and functionality of our networks and systems, and implementing new technologies to improve our processes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ensure the security of all networks and systems through regular updates and backups
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient operations
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services and equipment procurement
- Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement or potential risks
- Train employees on new technologies or software as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Extensive knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware/software troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Remish, Nepal
Nationality Preference: Nepali
Language Requirement: English proficiency preferred but not required
