We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Ufa. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of our facilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, suitable for men with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Install and repair fixtures and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength
- Attention to detail and teamwork skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Vocational training or certification in relevant field
- Experience working in a similar role in the construction or hospitality industry
- Basic knowledge of Russian language (not required but preferred)
