We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Gujrat, Pakistan. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, generating leads, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve and exceed the hotel's revenue goals
- Identifying potential clients and establishing relationships to generate new business
- Maintaining existing client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, events, and front office to ensure coordinated efforts for sales success
- Attending industry events and networking functions to promote the hotel's offerings
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients
- Negotiating rates and contracts with clients to maximize profitability for the hotel
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends to superiors

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry best practices in hotel sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
