Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales and revenue for the hotel through developing and maintaining relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and visits
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction
- Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Monitor competitors' rates and services to remain competitive in the market
- Prepare weekly sales reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of local market trends and key players in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Gujrat
