Entry-Level Formworker

As an entry-level formworker, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing forms for concrete structures. This position is ideal for individuals with little to no experience in the construction industry, as it offers on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in measuring and marking materials according to blueprints or other specifications
- Cut and shape materials using saws, hammers, and other hand tools
- Mix and pour concrete into forms, ensuring proper consistency and levelness
- Remove forms after concrete has set and clean up work area
- Learn to read blueprints and understand construction terminology
- Follow all safety protocols and wear necessary protective gear at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating quantities needed
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibilities as needed
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well in a team environment

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sheduva, Canada (open to applicants of all nationalities)
