Commercial Architect



We are seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Sheduva, India. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or similar software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
