Machine Operator


A machine operator is responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing or production setting. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery according to instructions and safety guidelines
- Monitor machines to ensure they are functioning properly
- Conduct quality control checks on products
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating machinery preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and instructions
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials
- Physically capable of standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
