We are hiring a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently use the equipment to complete tasks such as earthmoving, digging, lifting, and moving materials on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job requirements and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Keep work area and equipment clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in a construction or similar environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
