Facade Technician
Location: Akron, Ohio, USA

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing exterior building facades. Your main duties will include inspecting and assessing the condition of facades, identifying and repairing any damage or defects, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be required to work closely with other members of the construction team to ensure that all safety standards are met and that projects are completed to the highest quality.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent technical skills and be able to work at heights. You should also have a good eye for detail and be able to problem-solve effectively. Previous experience in facade installation or maintenance is preferred but not required. While this is a physically demanding job, we offer on-the-job training for candidates who may not have previous experience.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it ideal for those looking for additional income or students looking to gain practical experience in the construction industry.
