Junior Web Developer


We are seeking a Junior Web Developer to join our fast-growing team in St. Petersburg. As a Junior Web Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of websites and web applications.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of new website features and functionalities
- Collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot and debug code
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for front-end and back-end development
- Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends
- Support website maintenance and updates as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of experience in web development or relevant coursework/projects
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end languages/frameworks
- Familiarity with back-end languages such as PHP or Python is a plus
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This job is located in St. Petersburg, Russia. While proficiency in Russian is not required, candidates must be fluent in English.

Experience:
This position is suitable for freshers without prior professional experience. However, relevant coursework/projects or internships will be considered.
