Senior Architect - Sheduva, Lithuania



We are in search of a talented Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction of large-scale projects. Your main focus will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client's vision and expectations. You should have excellent technical skills, creative thinking abilities, and strong leadership qualities. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for large-scale projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and presentations using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the work of junior architects and coordinate with other professionals such as engineers and contractors
- Ensure that projects meet all necessary building codes, regulations, and standards
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients on project status
- Conduct site visits to review construction progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with a focus on large-scale projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with international clients or on international projects
- Fluency in Lithuanian or another European language is a plus
