We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team at a busy salon in the vibrant city of Eldoret, Kenya. Our ideal candidate is passionate about their profession and has a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Barber. As this is a full-time position, the successful applicant will be expected to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients of all ages
- Listen to clients' requests and offer professional recommendations based on their hair type and facial features
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in men's grooming
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Manage appointment bookings and ensure timely service for clients
- Upsell salon products to customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Barber in a salon setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of different hair types and facial features, as well as various cutting techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have own barbering tools and equipment
- Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
