Executive Chef - Seasonal


As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations at our resort in Albena. You will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings that meet the needs and expectations of our guests. This is a seasonal position, with the potential for year-round employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and create new dishes to meet guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in the kitchen
- Monitor costs and expenses to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or themed nights
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into menu development

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a hotel or resort setting
- Creative mindset with a passion for food and cooking
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Understanding of food cost controls and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with accommodation on-site.
