Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Plovdiv. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with project management software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Plovdiv (nationality preference for Pakistani applicants)
