Senior Architect - Chelyabinsk, India



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from large commercial buildings to residential complexes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, from concept development to construction documentation.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct site visits and assist with construction management as needed.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proven track record of successful project completion.
