Junior Industrial Painter


We are hiring a Junior Industrial Painter for our growing company in Nakuru. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting industrial equipment, structures, and surfaces to ensure they are protected from corrosion and other types of damage. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1400$ per month, and we welcome applications from Indians who have a valid work visa and can speak English fluently. Prior experience is not required as we provide on-the-job training for freshers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming them before applying paint
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Use various painting techniques such as spray guns, rollers, and brushes to apply paint evenly
- Follow safety guidelines when handling hazardous materials
- Monitor drying times between coats and apply additional coats as needed
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality standards and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Maintain painting equipment by cleaning and storing them properly after use

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid work visa in Nakuru
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of painting tools, equipment, and techniques is an added advantage but not required
