Excavator Operator


We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Bayan, providing excellent services for our clients. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes. Your main duties will include digging trenches, grading land, and loading/unloading materials. You must have a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others around you.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Dig trenches, grade land, and load/unload materials as needed
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently
- Keep accurate records of daily operations and complete necessary paperwork
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report any malfunctions immediately
- Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in heavy equipment operation preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to heavy equipment operation
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Bayan

Preference: This job is open to all candidates who have the necessary qualifications. However, we prefer candidates who are Indian nationals or have experience working in India.
