Construction Manager - St. Petersburg, Russia



As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in St. Petersburg. Your duties will include planning and scheduling projects, budgeting and cost control, managing subcontractors and laborers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints and understand construction specifications. A degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

You must also be familiar with building codes and regulations in Russia. Fluency in Russian is required for this position.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Preference will be given to Kenyan or other African nationals who are willing to relocate to St. Petersburg.
