We are seeking a skilled and passionate Gardener to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our gardens and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform various gardening tasks such as planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing
- Design and implement new landscaping projects to enhance the visual appeal of the property
- Maintain and repair garden structures and equipment as needed
- Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease issues
- Ensure that all gardening tools and equipment are properly cleaned, maintained, and stored
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute seasonal changes in the garden
- Keep track of inventory and make recommendations for purchasing new plants or supplies
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs commonly found in Lithuania
- Ability to operate gardening tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of garden design principles is a plus

Salary: 1500$ per month

Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), flexible schedule may be required during peak seasons.

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (own visa required)
