Loader Supervisor

We are urgently hiring a Loader Supervisor to join our team in Atlanta. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials onto trucks or other vehicles. This position requires experience in loading and unloading, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks or other vehicles
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the loading team
- Inspect goods before loading to ensure they are properly secured and loaded according to weight distribution guidelines
- Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods, including weight, destination, and delivery times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in logistics is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in loading/unloading, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment used for loading/unloading
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions
