Nurse Manager

The Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and operations at our healthcare facility in Akron, OH. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced nurse with strong leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role. They must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all nursing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high quality patient care by monitoring and evaluating nursing procedures
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for the nursing department
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create effective treatment plans for patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all medical regulations
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on complex medical cases
- Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff and provide ongoing coaching and training as needed
- Manage budgetary responsibilities related to the nursing department

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Akron, OH

Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English and have experience working with Indian patients.
