Senior Accountant

We are a leading accounting firm in Siauliai, seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a leading provider of financial services, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of expertise and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a similar industry. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the accounting department
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform internal audits to identify potential risks and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, preferably within a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and applicable tax laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
