Position: Slinger - Full Time

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Slinger to join our team in Split. As a Slinger, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient movement of materials on construction sites. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate crane signal equipment to direct crane operators in the movement of materials
- Safely attach and detach loads to cranes using slings, chains, or other rigging equipment
- Inspect all rigging equipment before use and report any defects or malfunctions
- Ensure proper weight distribution and balance of loads for safe lifting and movement
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate material movements
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Slinger
- Valid certification for operating slings and rigging equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of basic math for calculating load weights
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in Croatia
