We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Washington. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products. Your duties will include monitoring machine operations, conducting quality checks, and maintaining production equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong mechanical aptitude. This is a contract position with potential for long-term employment. Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of production area
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English
- Must have valid work visa or residency status
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, twisting, and bending for extended periods of time
