Machine Operator (Indian Nationals)


We are a manufacturing company based in Washington, seeking experienced Indian machine operators to join our team. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per week, including accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications and quality standards
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth running and detect any malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to maintain product quality
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in operating various types of machinery such as lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow production specifications
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
- Indian national with valid work permit or ability to obtain one
