Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Egypt
We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Egypt. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include managing schedules, organizing meetings and appointments, and maintaining files and records.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as attention to detail. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and arrange appointments
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain files and records
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Perform data entry tasks
- Assist with travel arrangements
