A reputable surveying company in Nizwa is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating accurate maps and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and preparing reports for clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD and GIS
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment and techniques, including GPS, total stations, and laser scanners.
- Create accurate maps and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures.
- Analyze data collected from surveys to determine property boundaries, elevations, topographical features, etc.
- Prepare reports detailing survey findings for clients.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects that require land surveying.
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure its proper use and calibration.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on job sites.
- Travel to different locations as required for projects.

We Offer:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month. We also provide free visa sponsorship and air ticket allowance. The position does not include accommodation but we can assist with finding suitable housing if needed.

This job is suitable for men who are physically fit and can work outdoors in various weather conditions. English language proficiency is not required but would be considered an asset.
