We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Teamlead to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of English speaking professionals working on biometric passport projects. Your role will involve managing and coordinating the team's activities, ensuring high-quality work and timely project delivery. You will also be responsible for recruiting and training new team members, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of English speaking professionals working on biometric passport projects
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and ensure high-quality work
- Recruit, train, and mentor new team members
- Create project plans and distribute tasks among team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Identify any potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates and status reports
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of projects
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science or Engineering)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the biometrics or technology industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Knowledge of biometric passport technology is an advantage
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within tight deadlines
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to Beer-Sheva, Israel
