Baker - Experienced in Canadian Style Baking


We are a well-established bakery in Sofia, seeking an experienced Baker with a passion for Canadian style baking. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts, following traditional Canadian recipes and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of Canadian style breads, pastries, and desserts
- Create and follow recipes to ensure consistent quality
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Train new employees on baking techniques and recipes
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Baker in a professional bakery or restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian style baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in product quality
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This position is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
