Formworker

As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling various concrete forms according to provided plans and specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. You will also be expected to follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble formwork materials
- Secure forms in place using various tools such as nails, screws, or clamps
- Pour and spread concrete into forms using wheelbarrows or buckets
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Install reinforcing bars or mesh as needed
- Strip forms once concrete has cured
- Clean and maintain all formwork materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and use hand/power tools for extended periods of time
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while following instructions from supervisors
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measuring/cutting materials
- Basic understanding of safety protocols on construction sites

Salary: $1200/month (may vary based on experience)
