Industrial Architect

We are seeking a skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures, such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and developing solutions that meet their functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information on existing structures and land conditions
- Work closely with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed drawings of plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop construction documents and specifications for bidding purposes
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Provide technical support during construction process as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Strong understanding of building materials and construction methods for industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Jerusalem (or willingness to learn)
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Jerusalem (open to candidates of any nationality)

Type: Part-time (20 hours per week) or full-time (40 hours per week)
