Experienced Formworker in Vilnius, Lithuania


We are in need of an experienced Formworker to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and assembling the molds and forms needed for concrete construction projects. This includes measuring and cutting materials, setting up the molds, pouring and smoothing the concrete, and removing the forms once the concrete has set.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker in construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials such as wood or metal to create molds or forms
- Set up molds according to blueprints or construction plans
- Pour concrete into molds and smooth it using hand tools
- Remove molds once concrete has set
- Repair any imperfections or defects on the surface of the concrete
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
