Online Consultant - English Speaking (Herzliya)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our growing team in Herzliya. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients have a positive experience and are satisfied with our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through online channels.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Keep track of client interactions and update records in our database.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
