Waiter/Waitress - Albena, Bulgaria


We are seeking a motivated and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team in the bustling city of Albena, Bulgaria. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks to guests with attention to detail and presentation
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and work station

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have own visa/work permit for Bulgaria (accommodation will not be provided)
- Must have reliable transportation to/from work location

Salary:
This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1700$ per month. Tips are shared among staff members.
