Baker Assistant

As a Baker Assistant, you will work closely with our head baker to assist in the preparation and baking of various baked goods. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for baking and a desire to learn from an experienced professional.

Responsibilities:
- Help prepare ingredients and measure quantities accurately
- Assist in mixing, shaping, and baking doughs
- Decorate and finish baked goods according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: St. Petersburg, Russia (Filipino nationality preferred)
