Entry-Level Baker



We are seeking a passionate and skilled Entry-Level Baker to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in baking to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure all products are baked to the highest quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service setting preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Passion for baking and eagerness to learn new techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (in English)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion

Salary: $1400/month

Location: St. Petersburg, Russia
