Facade Installation Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facade Installation Technician to join our team in Vilnius. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining facades on buildings and structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings and structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair damaged facades using appropriate tools and materials
- Perform routine maintenance on existing facades
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working at heights
- Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns they may have

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in facade installation or a related field preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Biometric passport or the ability to obtain one if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
